Mission of CM9 is to Safeguard Uninterrupted Global Supply Chain of Critical Minerals & Critical Materials and to Ensure Constant Flow of Critical Materials through Exploration; Mining: Processing; Separation & Purification; Metal Making; Alloying; and Recycling, using Green Technologies.

  • As per USA Government Data, 2019 USA Net Imports of Processed Nonfuel Minerals; Materials; Metals; Chemicals were US $ 139 billion, whereas, Exports are US $ 86 billion.

CM9  Legal Structure

CM9 is an Equity Based 100% Private Sector Lawful International Joint Venture (I J V) titled Sustainable Resources Development Consortium (SRDC). 

From September 2014 till to date, Prof. Muhammad Sharif Bhatti President SELECTUM Plc (Pakistan), Mr. Mohammad A. Mirza Director Special Projects Falcon Investment Group LLC (USA)  and their competent teams are working on CM9.  

Currently (February 2020) based on findings of the Project Prefeasibility, CMis being structured as 100% Private Sector International Joint Venture (IJV), namely Sustainable Resources Development Consortium (SRDC), in accordance with the applicable laws of the multiple business territories.

Roadmap 2018 - 2021

CMRoadmap is in line with SRDC Strategic Plan's Holistic Economic Development Approach (HEDA) Four Track Methodology (FTM) i.e. Strategic; Tactical; Operational; and Support Network.

Priority Deliverable is a Distributed; Cyber-Resilient; Hybrid Multicloud Platform having 29 Tier 3 & Tier 4 Scalable Enterprise Data Hubs (SEDH).
